COMPETITORS of ALLIED PHARMAPSEUDOCALS
"Never worry about the competition. Nobody can beat my salary, our level of data manipulation and deceipt, or the seductive ways our sales representatives present our findings, and thats what pharma success depends upon"   Head of R & D, Allied Pharmapsuedocals
"Great!  In Section B our competitors secrets are getting exposed. All the more profits for us!" CEO and  MY salary beats Head of R & D.
1.  Pharma Giles' Phoni [Pharmaceutical] Planet has to be the  funniest and cleverest parody of the real thing on the web.  Pharma Giles is definitely on the ball at keeping us informed  of the most important current Pharma and Phoni news events in a way that cannot help but grab the attention.  Allied Pharmapseudocal's initial worries regarding Phoni Planet's patently aggressive declaration of global domination  (putting them directly in competition with Allied's own less  publicized goals) were laid to rest on their disclosure of  the laughable Retirement Package awarded to their previous Global Head of R & D. One thing is sure, with Phoni's salary scale now out in the open, the pittance we pay our own sales representatives and executives will be reconsidered a blessing, albeit in a very clever disguise. Allied consider Pharma Giles' site the MUST-SEE  5 Star very best of the Pharmaceutical Parody section.
A:  Sites where Parody is as close to the Truth as Farce
B:  Sites where Truth is as close to a Farce as Parody
1.  "If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention" says Dr Aubrey Blumsohn. Nevertheless, despite his justified outrage, he never fails to see the farcical side of  the issues that led to him being suspended from Sheffield University (UK) when, as a researcher in Procter & Gamble's clinical trials of Actonel, he persisted in requesting sight of the trial data relied on in the  publication that he was authoring on P&G's behalf. With outstanding humor shown in the face of injustice, bullying and general adversity, his description of some of the more recent correspondence cannot help to bring a smile to the reader as does the particularly apt Monty Python video at the end of the article.  In a different area of his blog instructions are given on playing  Shenannigans version of  Waddington board game  'Clue' or 'Cluedo' with Aubrey Blumsohn and others. All players seem agreed so far that the culprit was indeed Dr Purple.  While Allied P often do the same as P&G (with more success as we burn our negative data) we still give Dr Blumsohn's site the MUST-SEE 5 Star rating  for courage and humour shown in stressful conditions.

YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS
You can recommend a site by using the very thinly disguised Little Yellow  Guest Book.  Please use the website facility for the url you are recommending and, if you wish, leave your own name or url in the comments section.  Please be aware that the CEO has assigned Barbiella Dohl the task of keeping the listings up to date, so expect considerable delays.
2.   Peter Rost and Pfizer...  ON ITS WAY, under construction, in writer's block, still working at it.

"There is something called "lying by omission" and Pfizer is master in this art" says Dr Peter Rost and we would wholeheartedly concur in his almost accurate statement. Our CEO, Jean-Sidney Kindler, often reminds us here at Allied Pharmapseudocals that we must be ever vigilant maintaining our unbeaten mastery in deception as Pfizer has long been running hot on our heels.

Temporary intermission:

It really isn't fun
When you've started  - you've begun.
Then writer's block stands up and slaps your face !
As you sit there looking dumb
Thinking what you haven't done
You find you're always stuck in that same place.

BUT....Always look on the bright side of life...............

There are various rumours on the net that  celebratory T-shirts and coffee mugs may be available soon.  We hope that Pfizer's valuable contribution to the situation has not been forgotten and that dark hooded cloaks have also been considered for their enjoyment.

A breakthrough!  Barbiella has discovered how to split the peterrost blog into separate sections at last.  Celebrating with a coffee break.............
